Requirements

As a Project Manager, you will be part of one of our 3 self-organizing customer teams. Working together with a Functional Implementation Consultant and an Implementation Engineer, you will optimize the usage of our proocesses for one specific Fintech related client. This Project includes implementing an innovating customer onboarding and dashboard solution adding new functionalities to the existing platform and performing upgrades. In addition to technical implementation, the focus is also on (acceptance of) organizational change. Nothing is set in stone! We have a standard approach, but you and your team determine what is needed to deliver the best solution for the client.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the success of Xtendis implementation projects.
You lead the implementation process from initiation, implementation, realization (go live), to delivery.
You establish a partnership with your clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Working iteratively with your client team, you strive for an optimal working solution.
You actively contribute to building a community of satisfied customers and play a role in achieving our ambitions through your personality and dedication.
You provide the necessary structure to make each project a success, managing results, scope, and timing.
You collaborate with the Cloud team and Developers who create the tools, identifying commercial opportunities that you communicate to the account manager.
After successful project delivery, you ensure a seamless handover to the Support Engineers.
